What does AppTrackIn do?
Copy the full job description from any posting, paste it into AppTrackIn, and we sort out the title, company, date posted, source, and contact details when they are available. From there you track each opportunity from Saved through Applied, Interviewing, Offer, Accepted, or Redirected.
Do I need to verify my email address?
Yes. After you create an account we send a confirmation link to your email. Click it to activate your account and sign in. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam or promotions, then try signing up again with the same address.
How is the % Resume Match calculated?
We compare your default resume against the job title, location, salary, and the description or notes you save with the job. We score skills, keywords, seniority, and industry or functional fit. We never fetch or scrape the external posting URL. You can upload multiple resume versions and choose which one is the default — the default drives the match score.
What is included in the 3-day free trial?
The trial unlocks all Premium features for 3 days from the day you create your account, whether or not you sign in each day. We remind you 3 days and 1 day before it ends.
What do the plans cost and does the plan renew?
Premium is $9.99 per month, or $24.99 for 3 months (about $8.33 per month). Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from the Pricing page. Payments are non-refundable.
Who is Coach Olivia?
Coach Olivia is the AI assistant built into the app. She helps everyone navigate AppTrackIn, and with Premium she gives personalized career coaching on your tracked jobs, resume, interviews, and strategy. Her answers are AI-generated guidance, not professional, legal, or financial advice.
Which languages are supported?
English, Español, Français, Italiano, 中文, and 日本語. Switch from the homepage header, the in-app header, or Profile → Preferences. Translations are machine generated and may contain inaccuracies; the English version of our policies controls.
Can I export my job list?
Yes — export to PDF or Excel from the MyJobs screen.
How is my resume data handled?
Resumes are stored privately in your account and used to power resume match and recommendations. Consider removing your home address and other sensitive details before uploading. See the Privacy Policy for details, including data export and deletion rights.
