AppTrackIn is operated by OliveTreeBranch Coaching & Consulting LLC (“OliveTreeBranch Coaching & Consulting LLC”, “we”, “us”). For privacy questions, contact us at support@otbcc.com.

• Account information: email address, first name, and authentication data managed through our auth provider.
• Job data you create: job URLs, titles, companies, statuses, notes, follow-up dates, tags, resume text, and any contact or referral details you enter.
• Usage data: feature usage and error logs used to improve the app and fix issues.

• To provide the AppTrackIn tracking and coaching features.
• To generate resume-match scores and recommendations.
• To send follow-up reminders and in-app tips.
• To process subscriptions and respond to support requests.

When you first visit AppTrackIn you'll see a consent banner where you can accept all optional storage or keep essential storage only. You can change that choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the site footer.

Here is exactly what we store on your device:

• Essential (always on): your authentication session token, so you stay signed in, and your cookie-consent choice itself. Without these the app cannot function.
• Preferences (optional): theme (light/dark), language, list vs. card view, dismissed tips and onboarding progress.
• Analytics (optional): aggregate, privacy-friendly usage and performance counts — pages viewed, feature usage and error reports — used only to fix bugs and improve the product.

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, we do not build advertising profiles, and we never sell or share your data for behavioral advertising. Sponsor messages shown in the app are served from our own database and sponsors receive no information about you. Analytics never include your resume contents, job notes, or contact details.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the app (hosting, authentication, payments, and AI services), and only under confidentiality obligations.

We keep your job data and account information until your account is closed. When you delete your account, your data is removed from active systems within a reasonable time and is not retained for marketing purposes.

You can access, update, or delete most of your data directly in the app. For other privacy requests — including account deletion — email support@otbcc.com.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and row-level access controls in the database. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

AppTrackIn is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

We use the following service providers to operate AppTrackIn:

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure): database, authentication, and file storage for your account and job data.
• Lovable hosting / CDN: application hosting and delivery.
• Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini models): job-posting extraction, resume matching, recommendations, and Coach Olivia responses.
• Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing. We never store your card details.

This list is current as of the effective date above and is updated when our providers change.

DMCA notices should identify the copyrighted work, the material you believe is infringing and where it appears, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.

AppTrackIn offers its interface, help content, and policy pages in multiple languages. Some of that content — including translations of this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, and responses from Coach Olivia — is produced or assisted by automated machine translation and artificial intelligence. Machine translation may contain errors, omissions, or wording that does not carry the same legal meaning as the original.

The English-language version of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service is the official and controlling version. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the English version governs. Translated content is provided for convenience only and is not a legally binding representation. If anything is unclear, contact us at support@otbcc.com (subject: ATTN: AppTrackIn) before relying on a translation.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. We will update the effective date at the top of the page when we do.
