These Terms of Service are effective as of July 27, 2026.

AppTrackIn is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

You agree not to:

• Use AppTrackIn for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes on others' rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the app's APIs beyond normal use.

AppTrackIn offers free features and premium features available by subscription. Premium plans are billed through our payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; previously paid periods are generally not refunded. If you dispute or charge back a payment, we may immediately revoke your premium access.

If you switch between subscription plans, the change may take effect immediately and be prorated where supported by our payment provider.

AppTrackIn and its content are provided for your personal job-search tracking use. You retain ownership of the job data and resume content you upload. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal job-search tracking.

We respect intellectual property rights. To report copyright infringement, abuse, or a security issue, email our designated agent at support@otbcc.com (OliveTreeBranch Coaching & Consulting LLC, Attn: DMCA / Abuse Agent). Include the work at issue, where the material appears, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized. We may remove content and suspend repeat infringers.

AppTrackIn is provided for informational and organizational purposes. We do not guarantee that you will get interviews or job offers. AI-generated recommendations, tips, and match scores are suggestions only and should not replace your own judgment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We will update the effective date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
